Due to high volume during this holiday season, as well as expanded safety measures that have been put in place, our distribution centers and shipping carriers are experiencing delays. We will work diligently to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order PLUS additional shipping time for your order to arrive. You will receive an email from the shipping carrier with tracking information when your order is ready to be shipped.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

- Return Policy -

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We thank you for shopping with us at If you receive a wrong order which contains items you did not order, we will gladly correct it for you. We will send you a shipping label to return the package. Once received, we will ship out your original order. Otherwise, once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

- Cancellations -

Although we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been packed or staged for shipping.
